- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I go through an extensive question process between the customer and I to make sure that I have a full grasp on what the project should be. I make sure that customer service is on point by responding to any questions you have as soon as possible. During the design process I believe in giving the customer the amount of changes necessary to ensure you end up wit the product you want. We do go through a contract and if you are interested in allowing us to take your design to the next level we always begin with a deposit to make sure both parties are serious about the design process. The deposit is refundable before the project begins so you don't have to worry if you decide you no longer want to use my services. Our main goal is to provide the customer with the best, quickest, and most unique service possible.
