- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Usual charge is $40.00 per problem. There may an additional charge for multiple trips to solve the problem. Parts are provided at cost. You may purchase parts from any source. There will be no charge if you are not happy with the results.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone conversation to discuss the work. Perhaps solve the problem by remote connection or by giving free advice.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
