    Highly recommend Norm!
I recently took Norm's BLS class. He was extremely knowledgeable but he made the class fun with his sense of humor. I feel very confident that I can perform BLS tequniques in the unfortunate circumstance that it may be necessary. It's my second time being certified trough him. Thanks again! Melina
