What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on number of people , what training they require and whether they are coming to my location or I to them.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we need their name, email and phone. Also the number of people to be trained or worked with. Also needed is their address for travel considerations. We require at least 5 for off site training.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Exectutive Director for large non profits, managed multi million dolar budget, grant writting and have taught American Heart Association for seven years.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Became a trainer for my non profit as Executive Director. Graduated from Azusa Pacific University and the Salvation Army College of Officer Training.

ensure that the trainer is full time and has enough time in the business.

How many who need the training, budget for quality training and what they want to accomplish long terrn.
