My pricing is very humble and it’s because I genuinely enjoy this work I put in time on my free time to become better because it’s my second favorite thing to do in the world.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well the first thing I do is assess their goals and I come up with a realistic plan to attack their goals and adjust them as necessary
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Former Navy Sailor NCEP CERTIFIED TRAINER and I’ve trained people for years close friends family myself and I just love understanding how the human body works and how people think.
