Introduction: I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) and am available for in-home private or group classes for any fitness level. Some benefits of yoga include injury prevention through increased flexibility, improved balance and athleticism, increased focus and mindfulness, not only for athletes, but for everyone.
Yoga has changed my life in so many positive ways off the mat, and I look forward to continuing to share its many benefits with as many people as possible.
