Introduction: I customize the wedding ceremony to the participants. I don't use a 'canned' service. The couples like this, as the ceremony means more to them, as it is personalized I like it when I get the parents of the couple come up to me afterwards and are so happy with what I have done for them. I have also married couples that have seen me perform at their friends weddings.

Kurt did an amazing job officiating our wedding. He was well versed, prepared, and held true to our wishes as far as the feeling we wanted our guests to have while he spoke about our love story. While thinking of who we would have officiate our wedding, we always knew we wanted it to be by someone who knew our religious views, and who would accept them as well as embrace them and make us feel comfortable, and without judgement. Kurt did that without hesitation, which made our experience an incredibly enjoyable one. Kurt has and always will hold a special place in our hearts.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fee is included in this response. Included in the fee would be a couple of visits with the couple to set up the ceremony. I will listen to what you want, and offer suggestions. The ceremony will be yours, not mine. I like to design the ceremony with 'meaning' to the participants. I will be at the rehearsal and reception for the dinner grace, if you wish.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with both parties initially. I want to get to know them, and they get to know me. A wedding is very special, and I want the couple to be comfortable with me performing the ceremony. I also want the ceremony to be customized, not a typical 'canned' ceremony.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do not have a business set up for performing weddings. I do work full time and perform weddings separately. I am currently working towards being ordained in my church. I am starting my 3rd year of a program that I can pursue ordination in a National Denomination. At this time, I do perform Sunday Services when our Minister is unable to attend. I just finished an 8 week schedule where I filled in for our Minister.
