I acquired my certification through the United Brotherhood of Carpernters 4 year Apprenticeship program, overseen by the Florida Department of Education. As of 2001 I have been a certified Journeyman carpenter trained with exterior and interior systems. Specializing in doors, trim, millwork and custom design. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hourly rate of $75 an hour, or we can bid the job at a flat rate. Also we offer 10% off for any Military, First repsonders and LEO. We accept Cash, Check and also accept CCs : Amex, Visa, MC and Discover. There is a 3.5% convenience fee for CCs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Very personal, helpful with ideas and attention to detail. "Looks good from my house" is not an acceptable quote. I like "It would look good in my house"
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Apprenticeship through the Carpenters Union and became a state certified journeyman in 2002
