- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by discussing everything with the customer. If the project is too in depth to understand over the phone or with pictures then we schedule a time to come out and see. We are usually able to send out an estimate within 24 hours of seeing the extent of the project. If the customer chooses to move forward with us we walk them through step by step with the project so that they understand everything.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Go with your gut feeling. Did the provider show up or give notice of being late... Did they appear, act, speak professionally... Did they seem knowledgeable about the task.. If any of the above things did not happen.. call us.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
They should think about cost of the project. Most people do not realize how expensive certain products are or how much time and labor go into the project they want to accomplish. They should also think about time frame. Good professionals get booked relatively quickly so the customer should be prepared that their job may not happen same day or within a few days.
