- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our packages start at 2 hours and include set up and tear down, props, an attendant and more. We have special packages that are geared for weddings, corporate events and parties. We often have a special running, so please be sure to ask about that!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get to know what kind of event you are having, how many people you expect and what types of photo booth services you are looking for. Often, our customers don't really know about all the services we offer (like green screen, video messaging, etc.) so we do our best to offer and explain services that will be helpful and meet your needs without breaking your budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 5 years experience and hundreds of events have helped us to become a photo booth industry leader.
