- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is nonnegotiable! I have spent money and my time to learn the different services I offer and I stand by my work. This is not a hobby for me I am a professional which is why my prices are based on my knowledge and experience. I do offer specials but those are only through my Facebook page and are a limited time special
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After contacting a new customer I set up dates for trial runs of either hair or makeup if needed. I make sure that they have all of my contact information in case something happens. If the event is a few months away, I do send out a monthly email to check in with them and make sure everything is still going as planned and remind them of any upcoming appointments we may have scheduled. Closer to the day needed, I make sure I have the correct address and phone number so that i can arrive on time.

Cosmetology license, hair extension certification, makeup artistry certification, master makeup artistry certification, special FX certification, airbrush makeup certification, pro makeup certification, eyelash extension certification, waxing certification, aromatherapy certification, and spray tanning certification.
