- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
195 per 2 hrs consultation - free for realtors to walk a property for a base price of 2850-3350 depending on design starts at 2850 for 3 furnished rooms and 1 master bath and 1 kitchen countertops. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with Why? Why do we need to stage the home? What features do we need to feature? What can I do in your eyes to add value to this service? We stage homes because we believe that a buyer will emotionally connect and visually be able to see themselves in a staged property. We pay attention to the smallest details and use beautiful furnishings and fine accessories to achieve a “Model Home” ready property. This will allow the Seller to list, sell, and close the property in 60/90 days for more money than unstaged. Staging a home is ALWAYS cheaper than a 1st price reduction. Why would you take a 6-10% price reduction when you can stage and be done in 90 days for less?? Ready to stage? Call us we would love t help!
