Introduction: As a stone restoration specialist we not only inspect before an estimate we can tell you if you have underlying problems. These are really bad lippage photos showing how price should not be your only factor in hiring a pro. Also note that the entire subsurface of the tile came up with the broken tile. We are stone care professionals that's all we do is fix customers problems.we are branching out into new areas of restoration and will have information real soon. Pool care , pool tile repair , coping repair plus a few new areas .

Several things stood out to me regarding Mark Thornton, Jewel Stone Services. First, he called me back and responded to my texts within hours (as opposed to days with another tile person), and second, he did not make false promises as to when he could come out and do the repair. Once at the condo, he and his team were on time, pleasant to work with, realistic and Mark did a great job on a potentially difficult repair. His price was also fair considering the space challenge he faced and the extra care he had to take to make sure the repair was a solid one. I will call Jewel Stone Services again for help with my tile repairs!!

Very happy with the jobs. Fast response to original request for walkthrough and quote. Jobs were scheduled quickly and completed as planned. Excellent results and they very careful with equipment and traffic through the house to the 2nd floor and 3rd locations to perform the work. Fair price and nice people. Would hire again.

We bid each job as needed no job is the same as others .
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do a free estimate and give an estimate based on our findings of what the actual process will be to complete the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have given seminars at large shows and conventions as well as taught classes in restoration and stone care .While with another company developed my own line tooling and chemicals for our company. My former company was a test facility for all stonecare companies so we always were able to experiment with new products.
