- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Usually if a job is less than 2 to 3 days worth of work we keep it at an hourly bases, but we can give set costs as well if the customer prefers. We have costs set on skill set levels. So for an example changing a kitchen fixture to assembling an elliptical machine will vary 8 to 10 per hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Hi there all! Giovanni Here for Signore FixIT. We meet where the work needs to take place, then after assessing what the work is we consult with our customer the procedure and costs to their project. We believe in communication through out it all and encourage our customer to let us know exactly what they're looking for, and help them do so with our expertise in the construction industry for many years.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Trade schools, regular training, keeping up with the times and futures. Apprenticeship programs and Master or Journeymen over site to all levels of technicians.
