- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For every referral you will receive $10.00 off of your service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make contact with the customer to access what their needs (frequency, size of space, tasks to be completed etc.). Then we perform a free estimate and quote the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I starting out working for our family cleaning service as a young adult. I was instilled with the "tricks of the trade" from that experience. After 4 years in the Army I attended the University of Texas, at Austin, taught for 12 years, worked as a Corporate Trainer and decided that I wanted to follow in the foot steps of my family and own my own business. I chose Commercial cleaning for two reasons, 1. I was ready to have a more physical job and 2. It is what I know. I believe my experiences as a solider, teacher, and corporate trainer, coupled with my experience working for my mother has really equipped me with the skills necessary to provide exemplary customer service and be a great leader.
