- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we are $80.00 per hour 7am-5pm and time and a half after hours and Sunday's on service calls. We do not quote troubleshooting projects as you can never tell what the issue could be, these are service calls on time and material basis not quoted projects that can be defined and qualified.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically receive an email, text, or phone call requesting us to look at a job. We respond to the request with a phone call to talk about the job and typically need to visit the project and get a good idea of the entire scope so that we can provide a quote that covers everything without surprises for us or the customer. We rarely quote anything without seeing the project, as to keep prices fair and so that there aren't extra charges for unseen complications.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
(5) years of union electrical apprenticeship, 21 years in the trade with the last 3 in management and 1 month owner of this company.
