- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, regardless of the capacity of your business or home development our proposal will be consistent with agreement. More expensive materials and a more detailed scope of work will reflect the price accordingly. We provide discounts with packaged or bundle commercial or residential services. For example, our Platinum Package: residential window tinting discount, window cleaning interior/exterior, power washing home siding, driveway and sidewalk. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get the ball rolling by finding out what customer goals are and with a free in person estimate to get eyes on the project and have to opportunity to connect with the potential client. Once we have gone over the details of the scope we will get an itemized proposal put together in 24 hours or less based on the size of the project. Some projects may be completed at a flat rate over the phone and proposal sent via email, depending on the scope of services required.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS in Science (specialty) Leadership, from College of Biblical Studies. I have finished sixty professional counseling continued educational units ceu,s. I have completed thirty class room training with OSHA Occupational Safety and Health. I frequently, attend annual leadership conferences and accept public speaking engagements. Monitor International Window Film Association IWFA industry updates, standards, tinting laws, and new products. Our goals, growth and great customer service helps us to provide clients with the best product, at the best price to fit their needs.
