- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Complimentary New Client Consultation, Standard rate of $30.00/ hour (minimum of one hour) * 0.57 per mile additional charge on areas greater than 20 miles from office location. A 30% deposit will be required on all services exceeding 3 consecutive hours and will be collected prior to service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Aliece Lee Errand and Event Services typically begins building relationships with new clients when they inquire on either our website aliecelee.com or here on Thumbtack! Clients set up their FREE consultation where I meet them personally and we discuss their needs as well as a complete an assessment that requires a little personal background information about each individual client's schedule. This helps us at Aliece Lee, get a thorough understanding of each clients wishes and expectations, so that we can deliver excellent service. We will discuss pricing and move forward with scheduling the future date of service(s). Payment is collected after services are rendered.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My educational background is in Health Science and my working experience is primarily in Leadership and Administrative Healthcare Instruction, Management and Assistance. This background directly relates to time management abilities as well as my understanding of the importance of confidentiality with each client. I have a broad range of experiences providing errand services to various clients ranging from party planning to grocery shopping, to organization of homes.
