- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Hearing your ideas, and see how we can help. Then we create a professional estimate for you, and present it in person or over email. Once you are happy with the estimate, we develop a full statement of work which includes goals, project milestones, timelines, go-live date, and more. Once we start your project, we schedule weekly or bi-weekly meetings with clients to insure we are all on the same page, in addition the client can log into our customer portal to check on the status of their project.
