- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is only one part of any project. Some contractors will be more expensive, some will be less. Comparing contractors, their pricing, quality, capability, etc is vital when choosing the right contractor for the job. There are discounts available for Veterans and Senior Citizens.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to get as much information about our new customer's projects as possible. Often, we are called to potentially solve issues remaining after another contractor completed their work. As a result, we try to exceed our customer's expectations as well as educate them as home and business owners.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our education is well documented in both the formal as well as informal settings. On-going education is a must in our trades and we strive to be ahead of the game as changes happen quite often.
