FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of the time there are never two of the same driveways or parking lots so that is the hard part. Thats why we offer free estimates, but once you have a hand written contract by myself or another contractor that doesn't change, guaranteed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Nelson stokes of S&S Paving knows that in order to achieve success in asphalt paving or sealcoating, it is critical to be able to cooperate with serveral parties to complete the project objective. For example, an asphalt paving project for a Home Owners Association will require the contractor to manage not only his own personnel, but also keep the homeowners in mind, update the property manager, oversee subcontractors and communicate with vendors that are supplying key resources. It is not easy to perform this complex task, but S&S Paving has done it successfully many times. Your asphalt pavement is an expensive investment, do not risk hiring an amateur for your paving needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
