Rencently, I had my entire HVAC system replaced. The saying "you get what you paid for," perfectly describes Air Express Appliances . They are extremely professional. The tech was polite and clean.The job was performed exactly as described and completed exactly when they said it would be, with NO surprises. I will definitely be using this company from here on out for ALL of my home needs.

i have always had problems w. My AC unit, and always had someone come by and problem Never got fixed. Thought about replacing the whole thing. Decided to give air express a try and never looked back not only do I trust them in my home but I trust them to fix anything in my restaurant....great customer service, knowledgeable technicians... They are awesome!!!!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come out diagnose their problem. Tell them exactly what is going on with their unit. Give them all of their options. If the customer is happy with the price, we repair the unit on the spot.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are trained in Residential and Commercial heating, cooling, and appliance repairs & installations. Many of our techs are placed in two year training programs to make sure our techs have all of the knowledge needed to complete any job.
