- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide per-visit rates based on the duration of the visits for mid day dog walking and pet sitting.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We get some general information over the phone to assess the potential client's pet care needs. If the initial assessment feels like a good fit, we will schedule a consultation and send the new client a Welcome email to gain access to the client portal. The new client will be required to electronically sign the Terms and Conditions before gaining access to the Portal. Once access is granted, the new client is asked to fill out some emergency contact, home and pet information before the scheduled consultation. During the consultation, we will do a more comprehensive assessment to determine if we are a good fit for each other. We will go over the policies and procedures and complete a vet release agreement. The new client will be asked to provide two sets of keys, and all keys will be tested. We will review the dates, times and number of visits needed. Another confirmation of upcoming pet-sitting or mid-day dog walking visits will be emailed to the client. The client will be asked to review the schedule and inform us immediately of any changes.
