My review is based mostly on the actions of the owner Mauricio. We contacted him for a quote on some work inside of our home. Upon his arrival, I was a little hesitant about going with him because he was down talking every other contractor trying to make himself and his company look better. After about an hour of him being at our home trying to convince my husband and I that he was best for the job, despite our saying we wanted to think about it (I finally gave in after he would leave.) He quoted us one price for the entire job of wood paneling a focus wall in our home. We asked did the price include paint, he said yes that price includes everything. So we agreed to let him do it. He and his employee left to get the supplies and his employee returned the same day to do the job (Great!). The guy whom actually did the work is very talented and I was very impressed. As he was almost done installing the wood panels, my husband asked him about painting the panels, he said Mauricio said no painting. We called Mauricio confused. Mauricio said, the price he gave didn't include painting and if we wanted them to paint it, it would be more money..... (WHAT?!) Why would we agree to a ridiculous price that didn't include painting? We had to go out and purchase paint and paint it ourselves. If you are thinking of hiring this company, get your quoted price in writing! Mauricio is not honest.

hi Elaina, our goal as a company is to provide a five star service. we accomplish this by making sure our clients are satisfied with the end product, the price and meet their dead lines. we use high communication to assure we are all in the same page. unfortunately in this business we encounter clients that at the end of the project tend to forget or get confused about pricing. we have tried to understand why this happens. Lessons learned: we now do an electronic estimate for every client, unfortunately even though you received one from us Mauricio failed to make it specific and detail that the price was for the carpentry labor only, not for the materials and not paint. he did have a conversation with your husband about the paint not being included, that's why the crew did not buy the paint on the trip to home depot. needless to say this is a communication issue that we can resolve from our end making sure it is itemized and clear to avoid unfortunate issues. we wished we had earned you as a client and not just gotten hired for a single job. please feel free to reach out to us if we can help you in any way.
