My pricing is fair market and I use the best seasonal, and organic (when available)food available to me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first ask about the event then ask specific questions about cuisine options whether they are wanting Vegan, Vegetarian, Gluten free options etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have passionate about food since I was a little girl creating my own garden then as I grew to be an adult and raise my own kids my passion grew stronger. After my divorce I went back to school to get a B.S. in Hospitality Management and minor in Culinary.
