Up-front pricing! What you see is what you pay and not a penny more. Our pricing is listed in a super easy to understand format on our website.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are really big on customer service. That's what we believe really separates us from most cleaners. We follow a 7 step process: Pre-Inspection, Pre-Vacuum, Pre-Spray, Rinse, Extraction, Spot Treatment, Post-Inspection.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
CarpetPress is a new company, but not new to carpet cleaning. Tim the owner, previously held certification from the IICRC which is an organization that test the competency of a carpet cleaning professional.
