- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We would like to have a standard pricing but no, we do not have standard pricing the reason why is because one problem will not be exactly the same as another one and we do not want to be charging more money to a customer for a repair or installation that will cost less than another one.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All our sales person, and technicians are very specific in every repair, installation or services we provide. We want all our customer know exactly what is the problem on their equipment or what type of equipment they will be getting if in case of any replacement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my HVAC MASTER LICENSE it took me a little long time to become eligible to take my final test to be a master, i get my first certification in 2001 then i had to keeping working in the hvac industry since 2001, during this time i took 5 years of theory training classes to be able to obtain my license.
