I have no idea where to start! Erick and his team were some of the most professional, friendly, sincere, considerate, hardworking, talented folks I have ever had the pleasure of working with. When someone has a contractor in and out of their home, for a few weeks (we had some surprises lurking in the walls), you want someone you can trust and feel comfortable with. I feel like Erick, Rony Jr. and Rony Sr. became a part of our family and when they left, I cried. I interviewed multiple contractors, Your Contractor was one of the firsts, and throughout the whole process of selecting a contractor, Erick's personality and ideas just stuck! For our project, we wanted a very specific color of gray cabinetry, Erick stuck it out with us and searched on our behalf for the perfect cabinet...BEFORE we even signed the contract! He was there for any question I threw at him from what type of garbage disposal, an instant-hot faucet, radiators, lighting, magnetic knife rack, floating shelves, etc. He was just a text message away. He had great ideas and resources to help you find the right product at the right price. We had a tricky project. It was a kitchen addition that had little to no backup of when it was added onto our 1935 house. Our floors had to be grinded down by 2-4 inches in some areas just to make it ready for self leavening compound so we could install a tile floor. Surprise! This was a major set back as we had no idea that it was that uneven, but Erick took care of us. Our radiator had a broken valve and Erick did the research on how to best mitigate and correct that. Surprise! We had to reroute a ton of wiring, junction boxes and just make our electrical system safe! Surprise! We had a catycorner range/oven situation that Erick had to somehow work out...and he did, it's gorgeous. He tiled the equivalent of 80-some-sqft of backsplash. We knew that our project would be complicated, tricky and have some surprises for us and it never phased Erick. We also had some extra side work completed by Erick and his team. We had central AC installed a few months ago which left gaping holes in our drywall. In an old 1935 house, the drywall (like the floors) are uneven and old, you can't even tell that we patched massive holes all over the place. The paint is expertly matched too. Erick "Just wants to make you happy" which I think he said to me at least once a day, everyday and we are VERY happy. He also made certain that our cat stayed safe throughout the whole process. It was a worthwhile investment not only in a gorgeous, functioning, pinterest worthy, ChipnJoannaGainesesqe kitchen but in a delightful opportunity to get to know Erick. I can't wait to get started on our next project with him. I HIGHLY recommend Erick and Your Contractor. Give them a chance, be honest with him, show him pictures and work with him on a design that you will fall in love with and he will deliver! The first picture was it, a stove, three cabinets, dishwasher and a fridge, now we have so many cabinets that I need to go shopping to fill and a perfect work triangle. Anything awesome looking...well that's Erick's work :) (Ignore the windows, they are ancient and we didn't want to redo them so please don't judge Erick on those - totally on us!) We hired Erick to paint the cabinets for our kitchen update based on reviews of others through Thumbtack, and we are glad we did! Erick did a great job painting and replacing all of the hardware on our 20-year-old cabinets. In addition, we learned from him that he also does tile work so, based on the excellent job he did on the cabinet painting, we had him install subway tile back splash. He did a superb job of the tile. In addition, we expanded Erick's contract to include painting of the kitchen and breakfast bar walls as well as an accent wall and art niches in our new paint color scheme. Again, a super job. I cannot over emphasize how pleased we were with Erick's work. He seeks and achieves perfection in the quality of his work, and his crew likewise follows his lead. Hire Erick! You will be glad you did.

I had an inspiration to change a swing-in door shoe closet into an internal sliding door kitten foster room. I was on a tight timeline, and Erick and his crew responded immediately and were able to start work within 3 days! They worked diligently for 3.5 days, were completely respectful of my home and spaces. Once they opened up the wall, he advised that we should move the door a little over to avoid moving the wood beams, which I totally agreed with. They purchased the door, the door handle, and all of the paint supplies, so I didn’t have to worry about a thing. After they finished, they even helped me move two pieces of furniture out that no longer fit in my spaces. They also ended up brightening up all of the paint on my entire 20 foot wall to match it! I also have started exploring a future project with Erick and would be thrilled to have his team back to help me. I highly recommend them for anyone’s construction needs. They were highly personable, answered all of my questions, explored possibilities with me, and went above and beyond! Best of all, his final price was right about what he quoted! Very good value indeed.

My experience with Your Builder LLC was the best by far. In my years of dealing with contractors I don’t think I’ve met anyone who has been such a pleasure to work with as Erick and his brother Gary. I met with at least 6 contractors before deciding to go with Your Builder LLC and when I met them I knew instantly they were the team to go with. Erick has years of experience that he came with more information than the others. I never felt like they were about the money. Erick and his team cares more about the client. From the 1st day of work until the end they were always punctual and worked hard everyday, and if something was wrong or delayed they communicated everything to me in a timely manner. They had a schedule to keep to and I appreciated that especially because I was due to have a baby any day now. Some would say I was crazy to do a project right before labor and delivery but if I had to do it again I would but only with this team. They delivered exactly what I imagined in my new kitchen and more. I said to my husband this morning Erick is a very hard worker, and we truly appreciate it. He takes pride in his work and customers and wants to ensure that we are happy. Erick you have found a reoccurring customer in us because we will definitely use Your Builder LLC for future projects. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We specialize in kitchen/bath renovations and additions. Our estimate include a 3D rendered design which takes hours to complete. Please have a budget in mind for your project. This allows us to notify you if your budget is allowable with what your seeking or if we can not complete the project within your budget. After reviewing your project, if your budget is acceptable for the amount of work required, we will create a detailed proposal with a 3D rendering of your kitchen, bath or addition!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to schedule a day/time which to meet. Please have a budget in mind prior to meeting. During our meeting, we will take measurements of your kitchen/bath or space. We will do our best to ask as many questions as possible in order to understand your goals/exceptions which will then be reflected in our proposal. Our proposal will also include allowances set for items such countertops, sinks, faucets, tiles, vanities, etc. You can keep track of our all your selections online at your own customized website. On your projects website you will be able to view payments, progress reports, schedules, etc. Your proposal will also include a 3D rendering of your space, the rendering takes a few hours to create which is why we ask clients to have a budget in mind, this allows us to focus on creating a design specifically tailored to your budget.

We are a class A licensed and insured contractor! We also provide Autocad, Chief Architect and/or 2020 3D rendered designs for bathroom and kitchen remodeling.
