- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies depending on the service and frequency at which it is being provided. Personal Training ranges from $25 (per person)-$65 dollars per session. Corporate Wellness Services are offered in package form and range from $600-$1850 per month. Professional Presentations/Workshop/Lunch-and-Learns range from $100-$200 per hour CPR/First Aid/AED classes range from $45-55 per person Special Events (Workout-and-Wine, Helth Fairs, 5k Races) range from $200-$500 per event and can vary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Email for 3 Degree Fitness it the best form of communication although we can be reached through other outlets as well, we want to make startup and registration as easy and smooth as possible. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
3 Degree Fitness offers a board array of health, wellness and fitness professionals. Owner, Ashley McDonald, holds a Masters Degree in Public Health, Global Health and Bachelors of Science in Health Promotion, is a Certified Health Education Specialist, two-time Nationally Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Spinning Instructor, Group Exercise Evaluator, Advanced Preventative Screening Specialist and CPR, First Aid, AED certified Instructor. If a skill you are seeking is not listed above we are happy to help you find a good fit in order to help you and/or your company reach their goals!
