What do you enjoy about the work you do?

I enjoy educating clients on how to safely perform exercise right from home in 24 minutes or less at least 3x per week. I also enjoy seeing my customers grow not only physically stronger but emotionally and spiritually stronger over time. Not only do my clients get great fitness coaching, but I pour myself into my clients with motivational information and life coaching as well.

    Dali provided a workout plan, 2 nutrition meal plans and she provides daily reminders of activities to be completed keeping me accountable for my success in weight loss and becoming healthy.

    Dali is encouraging and attentive! She helps you build a system unique for you and helps you keep with it! She helped me loose a lot of body fat and taught me lots of exercise routines I can do on my own in a short period of time. Love it!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each client gets a 10 minute clarity call to see what her most pressing struggles are to determine the direction of our coaching. She also gets a 30-45 minute Transformation call to discuss past exercise and dieting experiences (likes, dislikes), previous injuries, strengths and weaknesses. This will help me formulate a custom training plan for each client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
NCCPT Certified Personal Trainer and currently taking Weight Management Specialist and Group Training certifications.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your service? If so, please share the details here.
Only for meal plans. Training investment varies based on customers needs, but packages provide better value and are discounted.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was in a near death car accident and wanted to make changes in my health and lifestyle so that I can stay here as long as I can for my kids, family, and inspire other moms.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Professional and working women 30-50 years old who want to get back in shape and regain their lives back. Women who want to get out of emotional eating habits, control high blood pressure, and avoid diabetes.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Online training portal to help more women. 3 Months.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Research their online activity on Facebook and check out their videos, website, and credentials.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
What kind of training does a particulate Trainer specialize in? What other services does the trainer provide (example mobile app, online training options, nutrition consulting, meal plans)? How many times per week will I commit to working out? And do I need help understanding my meals and what foods to eat to get better results? How will the trainer hold me accountable?
