What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Only for meal plans. Training investment varies based on customers needs, but packages provide better value and are discounted.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each client gets a free 10-30 minute clarity call to see what her most pressing struggles are to determine the direction of our coaching. In addition, my clients get a free fitness assessment that lasts anywhere from 1 to 1.5 hours.
During this assessment, we discuss past exercise and dieting experiences (likes, dislikes), previous injuries, strengths and weaknesses. This will help me formulate a custom training plan for each client.
All Thumbtack referrals get special pricing at a first come first served basis. Fitness programs are either 12 or 24 weeks.
Included in the Personal Training Rate:
1. Starter fitness assessment
2. 24/7 access to the Defeat It! Fitness Mobile App with measurement and progress tracking, daily email reminders
3. 24/7 text chat via the app
4. 90-day or 120-day custom workout plan
5. Weekly food log reviewed at each training session
