- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices vary. We tried to be budget-friendly. But as we may not be the cheapest we do not pride ourselves on being cheap we pride ourselves on being thorough and adding value to the customer and giving them what they need and want and not just what we do.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing we do is we ask questions, observe and then we just listen. And then we work on the solution and fixing the problem area instead of just putting a Band-Aid on it we actually try to change the situation so it is no longer a problem to the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10 + management 10 + customer service 10 + cleaning experience luxury homes and luxury hotels 10 + organizing Interior design degrees Behavior therapist so we know that people have a different personalities Fung shui Realtor license so we know the value of your home and what is needed to maintain that value And we are mothers with children and really really really love to clean and organize and help :-)
