About this pro
They went above and beyond. I contacted them on getting an exhaust vent cleaned out, which had a birds nest which was omitting an odor inside the house. Once they found out that the birds were still there, they did what they could to relocate the birds without harm and then cleaned up my vent. Couldn't ask for more.May 21, 2018Verified
He text me a week before to confirm. Then he text again the night before my appointment to insure that it was still okay time to show up. I was looking for him to come around 9am. He was unloading his truck at 8:50 to knock at 9am. He came introduced himself. Asked how many units I had. I showed him the vents in my house. He answered all of my questions, and didn't mind me following him around. He did NOT try to up sell me. The price he quoted, was the price I paid.Jul 17, 2017Verified
