- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on both the length of your session and which therapist you choose to work with. Once you choose a therapist, that is who you will see for every visit. For Principal Therapist Lindsey Hoskins, rates are $180 per 50-minute session and $270 per 90-minute session. For Senior Associates, rates are $160 per 50-minute session and $240 per 90-minute session. For Associates, rates are $140 per 50-minute session and $210 per 90-minute session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you are ready to reach out, please call our main phone number and speak with one of our scheduling specialists. They can help you set up either a complimentary telephone consultation, or your first appointment. We are typically able to accommodate new clients within one week. New couples and families are seen for 90 minutes during their first visit, and individuals may select either a 50- or 90-minute appointment. During your first visit, we will spend some time getting to know each other, and hearing about what changes you'd like to make. This allows us to develop a comprehensive and efficient treatment plan, to help you reach your goals quickly and make meaningful change.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our clinicians are licensed in the state of Virginia in the mental health field in which they specialize (either Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists - LMFTs -- or Licensed Clinical Social Workers - LCSWs. We also participate in regular continuing education trainings that help us keep our skills and approaches fresh and dynamic.
