I am very impressed by Nick's passion to help clients, his knowledge, and his ability to connect with his clients. He is very dedicated towards client's need and always have the alternative excerices with the same impact. Nick  is very caring and attentive to what each client needs, what their limits are, and how far he can push them. He encourages and motivates me to do better, and yet he knows how much I am capable of. He always gives his 100%. He deserves the best compliments from me and my husband. As we both are his clients We plan to be long-term clients, and more importantly, continue to work with Nick.😊 I started my training with him 4 months back and still training with him. I feel more energetic than before and got more knowledge about nutritional facts from him. What to eat and most importantly when to eat, timming also plays an important role in loosing weight. One of the best trainers I've had whether it be the workouts, nutrition, mobility, mentality...Supper humble guy, he has tons and tons of knowledge. In my opinion he is a master trainer in weight lifting, mobility, circuit/ endurance training. I'd recommend him to anyone, males, females, young and old looking to make a change to their physical or mental health!

I came to Nick as a weak, underfed creature of a person. My goal was to get stronger and extend my lifespan, and as a result I've emerged four months later as a stronger, well-fed creature with some tangible muscle mass. Nick constantly adjusts and improves my program based on my strengths and weaknesses, and has a mobility exercise up his sleeve for every ache and pain I've ever experienced. I now feel comfortable on my own at the gym thanks to the solid foundation that he has created for me. I recommend Nick wholeheartedly for his professional attitude, constant encouragement, and extensive knowledge.
