I had the opportunity to see Monika in action when we decided to higher a Home Stager for the sell of our vacant home. She was very knowledgeable, professional and always replied quickly to our calls and e-mails. She has a great eye, good understanding for a client's needs, their time frame as well as budget. After we staged with LA Luxury Home Staging our home got multiple offers and got sold withing the two months period of our staging agreement. Monika was professional and delightful. We signed a contract and were ready to stage after the first of the year. Right before we staged, the house went on the market, and we cancelled our contract, losing our deposit. A couple days later, the house fell out of escrow and we tried to re-instate Monika's services, however she required another non-refundable deposit. This was a bit disappointing, so we never re-hired. We wish her the best of luck.
