- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give every customer a free written estimate and the price will not change without prior authorization and typically is the result of the customer changing the scope of work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with the customer at their residence or place the work is going to be completed. After speaking with them and evaluating the work we offer the customer options to choose from based on several factors (budget, how long they will own the property, expectations, etc., and allow them to choose which option fits them best.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have learned everything hands on and have paved something as small as a sidewalk to a 10 acre commercial parking area.
