Hired for a same day project to plow my driveway after a snow storm. One of the guys showed up with a snowblower, was quick, polite and did an amazing job. Will certainly be my GO to on snowy days :)

He never came. I was told it would be plowed and salted I had a long exchange about how important it was that the driveway be plowed and salted for safety reasons I was told he would come twice he obviously didn’t come once. I wish I had hired someone else

Did an excellent job and was on time and punctual. I would not hesitate to hie again. Update: First time when employee did the work it was excellent BUT this snow storm clearing was a poor job and incomplete. Was originally quoted 45USD but was actually charged 60USD now. 15USD to put some salt down is too much.

Tim showed up the day I spoke to him and gave me an estimate. He gave me his word the driveway would be done the next nice day. Sure enough the next nice day his crew was there. They worked quickly and efficiently. They did a great job. The politely answered any questions I had with information responses. I would use them again and certainly recommend them.

We give every customer a free written estimate and the price will not change without prior authorization and typically is the result of the customer changing the scope of work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with the customer at their residence or place the work is going to be completed. After speaking with them and evaluating the work we offer the customer options to choose from based on several factors (budget, how long they will own the property, expectations, etc., and allow them to choose which option fits them best.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have learned everything hands on and have paved something as small as a sidewalk to a 10 acre commercial parking area.
