What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$30.00/ room. $2.00/ stair stain charges are from $00.00 to $40.00 depending on severity & areas stained. We always offer an estimate at no charge to you.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I understand trust is a item to be earned. I will clean your worst room, if you are happy with the results we'll clean the rest of your house. If your unsatisfied we'll part ways no charge to you,no hard feelings from us. We take pride in every job. We truly want you happy with our work. One thing I can't afford is an unhappy customer.
