FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is priced differently based on the specific needs of our clients. We always prefer to do an on site visit to ensure our estimates are fairly priced based on your specific job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every process may not always be exactly the same as we cater to the needs of our clients. However, when we receive a lead we act quickly by responding to our clients. We call or email immediately to connect with our client to show our client we are punctual and attentive to their needs. Not only now but throughout the entire process. We do prefer to speak with our clients first before bidding a specific total amount for a project. The reason for this is because sometimes the general questions that are asked are less detailed than what are clients expectations are. Once we speak for 5-10 minutes together we decide if an on site visit will be scheduled. 9:10 times we prefer consulting one On one with our clients. We like to interact with our clients and walk the job with them again to ensure we are all on the same page with project expectations. A typical on site estimate is about 30 minutes. We customize the estimates to match our clients wants and they are always free of charge. We always confirm our appointment time prior to arrival through email, call or text. We always arrive when we are scheduled to come. We would begin by asking our clients a series of questions about their projects. We ask about the colors being selected, conditions of walls, if they prefer for walls to be shiny or more dull looking, do they want the surfaces we are painting to be washable or scrubbable and much more. We would then walk the space together and discuss any further details about how we prep are surfaces before painting. We describe in detail what a typical day will be like when we our working in your home. Once we finish our walk through We always ask our clients if they have any questions at all. Sometimes questions will come up following our estimate please call or text us so we may answer it for you. We would then write up a proposal on site or send it over the same evening to our clients email. We then follow up with our clients to ensure they have received the proposal.
