They said: - I gave a great presentation, the audience loved it and I felt confident. - Doctors (affluent, successful people) come to me for financial advice. - CPAs partner with me to handle their clients’ financial affairs. - I can hit my business goals. - I can have a better relationship with my coworkers, spouse and kids. - My business strategy makes sense. Or they were asked “What are your Success Accelerators – your secrets behind a significant achievement in your life?” There were 5 common themes: 1. Scheduling time to plan.   2. Practice, Practice, Practice. Purposeful Practice. 3. Finding positive people - avoiding toxic people. 4. Regular spiritual reflection and rejuvenation . 5. Having checklists for the morning office routine, on-boarding clients, team meeting agenda, client reviews.
