- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are very competitive, affordable, and fair. Additionally, we are willing to adjust our Quotes if the condition of the home/business warrants a reduction after we've had a chance to perform an inspection/walk-thru of the property. Discounts are offered regularly, we do not charge a Trip Fee, and our Estimates are FREE. Customers should know that we will not sacrifice quality for the sake of being the lowest-priced company. We strive for excellence and we stand behind our work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listen, listen, and listen again. Our goal is to ensure that we understand fully the customer's needs and cleaning goals so that we can customize a package that works for them and map out a strategy to, not only meet, but exceed their expectations. We also assure our new Customers that our business relationship is a "Partnership". As such, we will communicate in an honest and transparent manner. And, we encourage them to do the same so that we can provide them with the highest level of service possible. Lastly, we assure them that we stand behind our work, that we will be there when we say we'll be there, and that all our employees/contractors have passed a background check. This gives Customers a sense of peace about doing business with us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a Certified Professional Cleaner on Staff who trains our Team Members according to the highest standards and safety procedures. We also make it a point to be intentional about learning from experts in the industry on an on-going basis. Our Operations Manager served as an Office Administrator for a nationally-recognized janitorial and facilities management company. Combined, our Leadership Team has over 10 years in the Cleaning Industry. We have cleaned residences, apartments, Airbnb units, commercial establishments, warehouses, medical facilities, a yoga studio, and retail businesses. And last, but, not least, our Leadership Team has over 30 years of combined Customer Service Experience. A positive Customer Experience is our highest priority. Our Customers are King/Queen. This is non-negotiable! We want you to LOVE our service.
