- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our pricing for on-site catering is by the person. Prices depend on menu items and type of service. Contact us to discuss your menu and we can provide a quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We meet or speak with new customers to understand the type and theme of the event, any special dietary needs ,and the type of service required, and then we customize the menu for that event. We have a professional wedding planner on staff and she coordinates the food service with other activities/planners.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I've taken weekend classes at the CIA and ICE and recently attended Myron Mixon's Jack's Old South BBQ School. I am always experimenting with new flavors, techniques and recipes. If you don't see something you're looking for on our menu, just ask!
