We hired The Outlaw BBQ for our daughter's park pavilion wedding for 100 people, and without any park kitchen facilities, they took care of everything. We selected traditional barbecue items from their menu, and since they are flexible about making other things their customers are interested in, we added beef wellington. All of their food was delicious--the beef wellington melted in our mouths, and the pulled pork was the best I'd ever had. Our guests kept asking about them, because they were so impressed. The Outlaw BBQ company provided catering for our brewery wedding. They were very easy to work with and responsive leading up to the wedding. They welcomed us to sample all of their most popular dishes. They really made the event seem like a priority to their company and communicated that way with us and other vendors. The food was so good! Guests were raving about it, and although we as the bride and groom didn’t get to eat as much as we wanted to, all we ate was delicious. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our pricing for on-site catering is by the person. Prices depend on menu items and type of service. Contact us to discuss your menu and we will provide a quote, same day.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We meet or speak with new customers to understand the type and theme of the event, any special dietary needs, the type of service required, and then we customize the menu for that event. We have a professional wedding planner on staff and she coordinates the food service with other activities/planners.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I've taken weekend classes at the CIA and ICE as well as Myron Mixon's Jack's Old South BBQ School. I am always experimenting with new flavors, techniques and recipes. If you don't see something you're looking for on our menu, just ask!
