Introduction: We are an Apple and Dell Certified repair and sales facility. Apple or Dell products under warranty are repaired at no cost to you. We service every make and model of computer, Laptop or Desktop, no longer under warranty too. We can assist with virus removal as well as Operating System and other software installation, and data recovery. We are the main Tech Support team for the University of Conn and all it's 28000 students, staff and faculty, but we also provide sales and service to the general population. At $25.00, our diagnostics fee is arguably the lowest in the industry. Most of our turnaround times are 48 hours or less. The best part of our work is rescuing an individual in their most critical need at the moment. Assuring them they are in good hands and seeing the relief when they come to the realization that they will be back in action soon, at a price that even a college student can appreciate.
