What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Projects are normally priced per project to taking into consideration the need for stock elements, additional equipment or team members. Overruns and/or change in scope is then priced hourly.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers, I try to understand the project, their needs and how the project will be implemented. Upon agreement of the scope of work, initial designs/mockups can begin. Typically I prefer to narrow concepts down to 4 designs. One is then chosen and can be revised a total of 3 times to achieve final design.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A.S. in visual communications. Training in basic photography, videography and voice over work.
