Introduction: I love to cook just about every meal I consume. I believe it's very important to be in full control of your daily nutritional intake. Growing up in the Tri-State area has instilled a culinary standard of excellence like nowhere else in the world. Italian and seafood dishes are where my heart is. I am also versed in California Mexican cuisine. I am able to pair any meal with a solid choice in beverage to marriage the culinary experience seamlessly. I had created the menu and ran the kitchen of a successful wine bar in Carlsbad, California. With 8 employees working with me I was in charge of 4 star restaurant food services in Jackson Hole, Wyoming and Breckenridge, Colorado. Cooking food is one of my expertise in life and putting love into every aspect of the meal is what I strive for my clients. I am capable of simple tasks such as maintaining your refrigerator all the way up to very dependable duties such as managing the food and beverage services for weddings and all types of parties. I have been cooking since I was 11 when I was left home alone. Growing up around some of the best culinary influences in the world have really shaped my palate to almost perfection.
