Ryan was amazing! He had to squeeze us in because we were scheduled when a storm was coming. He was amazing at working around our schedule and making sure we were able to get moved quickly! We highly recommend him and his crew.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have no additional fees or hidden cost. Only hourly rate and fuel surcharge. We will offer flat rate quotes on some small moves if requested. Discounts can be found on our Facebook page. To redeem discount you must like our page and share discount post.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
While working with a new customer I start by obtaining the details of their move. From there I answer any questions or concerns they may have before sending a contract by email. Once customers electronically sign their contract they can relax knowing a reliable moving company will be there on time to complete their move.

Andersen Moving has served customers of all types from moving just a few items to a 5+ bedroom home. We are equipped to handle any job.
