- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't have a set price for our services, but instead create custom pricing, based off of the campaigns that we create for our clients. Each and every client has a different goal that they are trying to reach within their industry.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have an on-boarding process that we have set in place to help achieve efficiency and open communication between our Account Managers and our clients during the initial set-up of campaigns. On an on-going basis, we schedule reporting calls, send editorial calendars for social media and continue to work with open-communication with all of our clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Everyone on our team either has a bachelor's degree or an associates degree and are working on their bachelor's degree. Additionally, Chris, our founder is Google Certified in Pay-Per-Click, Search, Display & working on an Analytics certification. Jay, our SEO & Web Design Account Manager is also in the process of receiving his Google Certifications.
