- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have built a pricing guide for every aspect of any job that comes our way. Most of the time, a visit is required either for diagnostic or a free estimate to totally satisfy the needs of the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers are a part of who we are as a growing business. We treat all of our customers with the utmost respect. Its as easy as calling and setting up an appointment. We refer a lot of our customers to our Facebook page to find promotions for new customer. Much of the time a new customer can utilize our free diganostic for new customers coupon.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
A lot of our trade background stems from commercial refrigeration repairs and installations as apprentices. A lot of our experience was gained through hands on training as well as classroom education with different manufacturer's products.
