Introduction: I am a certified nutritionist, also a certified wellness & life coach. I love to cook healthy and share my ideas for clean eating via my Instagram, doyorthing. I offer two options for my coaching; either one-on-one coaching through a phone call, I also offer my accountability nutrition coaching online which is a nutrition submission form that I check weekly through my website (all coaching options are on my website Jenscoaching.com). FB support groups & rewards are all included free with my coaching but are completely optional I am passionate about nutrition, clean-eating, fitness & moving forward towards personal goals. I also absolutely love working with people; encouraging, motivating and inspiring towards belief in self.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My full appointments are 50 minutes. I normally charge $38.00 for a single session for personal coaching. However, when you sign up for 3 sessions within a month (a package of 3 50 min. appointments) then I give a discount, total cost of $99.00. I do also offer 1/2 appointments for $19.99, but these appointments are intended to be used in addition to regular appointments (as in-between check-ups) for those who need them. Also, when you initially start with me I offer an initial consultation appointment for $25.00 (first appointment is cheaper). What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A first appointment with me is an initial consultation appointment & is cheaper than my regular appointments. This is where I find out where you are at & where you are wanting to head (most pressing goals), etc. For my nutrition coaching I may obtain some beginning measurements (starting weight, inches etc.). For my life coaching I will explain my beliefs & intentions for overall coaching you in a holistic manner - a balanced approach, in addition to meeting & helping you work on your most pressing needs, priorities & goals. After a starting point & goals have been determined we will schedule consistent, weekly appointments.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Nutrition & Wellness Consultant through AFPA (American Fitness Professionals and Associates). Additionally, I am certified also as an Integrative Wellness & Life Coach through IWA (Integrative Wellness Academy). I have an Associates degree in Pyschology & have received high honors for my studies in Nutrition Science through Kaplan University.
