- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing quotes are a rough estimate. Ultimately, it depends on the menu that you would like, the ingredients ( higher end things like truffles and duck cost a bit more ), and how many guests will be joining you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To start off with a free consultation, to find out the types of food that you enjoy and also the type of service that I can provide for you. From there, I will start planning the menu and provide you will the best experience possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
15+ years working in restaurants ServSafe Certification (food handling and safety)
