- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have Absolutely No Hidden Fees. We ask for payment after all services are completed. Payment is agreed upon before services began.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by providing new customers with a detailed quote, explaining all of the services that we offer, agreements, payment options, and availability. From there we provide contact information and the contact is when they decide to move forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We all have received extent training for furniture care and safety.
