- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would typically spend some time talking with the customer over the phone, or via email to understand what products or services they may be interested in learning more about. The next step would typically be an onsite visit at the customer's home or business to understand their needs, and to perform a free assessment to determine what products or services may fit their needs. Finally, we would return to our office and prepare a design and proposal for the customer to review.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are licensed electricians or electrician apprentices. They receive a combination of classroom training and education, as well as on the job training. Additionally, our technicians also receive product specific manufacture training on various products that we install and service.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We provide a wide range of products and services for residential, commercial, and industrial applications.
